Elections 2026-2027

2026-2027 Annual Elections

The GSA holds annual elections, in the winter term, for GSA Executives who will serve during the next academic year commencing May 1. At this time, the GSA also hosts the election for Brock University Graduate Student Senate Representatives.

The election is overseen by the GSA’s Returning Officer (RO), a student nominated according to GSA Bylaws and Policy’s. The RO will oversee the GSA Executive nomination submission process, online voting process, announcing the official results and, in the case of any dispute, interpreting the GSA Bylaw and Document 040D (GSA Elections and Referenda Policy) to reach an equitable resolution.

The RO will conduct the nomination and online voting processes for Graduate Student Senate Representatives on behalf of Brock University. The rules and regulations set forth in the Brock Faculty Handbook will take precedence.

The GSA Executive Elections and Brock Graduate Student Senate Representatives Elections will take place on March 3-5, 2026.
